MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED BY VOLUME AND NOT WEIGHT, WE SHIP EVERYTHING IN BOXES!

REFUNDS.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO returns or exchanges are accepted. 

Refunds are only processed when there is significant damage to a product, upon shipping…etc. We will take full responsibility for damaging upon shipping. Otherwise, refunds will not be honored over minor things. Please fully read descriptions before checking out! Some slimes dry out faster than others and scents can be very subjective. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

 

Read full product description before purchase. I will no longer be offering refunds because descriptions were not read.

We ship everything in boxes! We also package most orders using paper!

We pack slimes in 6oz jars and approx. 2oz container toppers!

Do you ship Worldwide

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping takes a bit longer for international orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, we have no control over costs. Costs are estimated by weight and location.

IMPORTANT NOTE: International packages will/may come with additional custom fees. You the customer are 100% responsible for these extra charges, duties, taxes and/or VAT. Every country handles these custom fees differently so please be well informed before placing an order. Contact your local post office for more information regarding this extra charges. These taxes are not included in our prices our shipping charges. Refusal of delivery will not result in refund of slimes or shipping charges because of unwanted fees. Please do your research before placing an order, failure to pay your extra fees will result in failed delivery and that is not our responsibility.

 

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!

ALWAYS double check your address.

It is your responsibility to provide your correct shipping address. If a package is lost, or has been sent back to us because the wrong address was provided, bleuslimes is not responsible for the loss.

We will not issue a refund.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

Your slimes were damaged during shipment. Please email a photo of the damage. We will do our best to quickly assist you.

FILING A CLAIM
IF YOU FILE A CLAIM THROUGH UPS OR USPS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR CLAIM NUMBER AND TRACKING NUMBER. SOMETIMES THEY MAIL US THE SETTLEMENT CHECK INSTEAD OF THE BUYER. PLEASE! THIS WAY WE CAN SEND YOU THE REFUND RIGHT AWAY.  

 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME! UPDATED 12/17 1:22PM

YAY! Our Team is slowly growing and we are able to ship orders much faster as well as have more stock!

Our processing time is 1-2 business days and we now ship 7 days a week. Place orders on saturday before 12PM PST if not your package will ship sunday through UPS!

 

EXEMPTION HOLIDAYS! WE DO NOT SHIP ON DAYS THE POST OFFICE IS CLOSED. We will not ship December 24-26 and January 1st-3rd.

*TRACKING UPDATE: ALLOW A FEW HOURS FOR YOUR TRACKING TO UPDATE! IT CAN TAKE OVER 72 HOURS FOR TRACKING TO UPDATE, EVEN LONGER. FOR GROUND ADVANTAGE IT MAY TAKE SEVERAL DAYS TO UPDATE OR UNTIL IT MAKES IT TO YOUR CITY. WE CANNOT CONTROL TRACKING UPDATES. IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE BEFORE OUR NEXT RESTOCK, CHECK OUT WITH PRIORITY MAIL.

We occasionally offer discount codes, so make sure to apply at checkout!
