REFUNDS.

Refunds are only processed when there is significant damage to a product, upon shipping…etc

Read full product description before purchase. I will no longer be offering refunds because descriptions were not read.

PLEASE DO NOT BE SCARED TO CONTACT US! I KNOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER SHOPS! WE ARE VERY FLEXIBLE ABOUT HELPING SOLVE THE ISSUE (AS LONG AS PICS ARE PROVIDED ASAP). WE USUALLY SEND REPLACEMENTS IF THEY ARE STILL IN STOCK! :)

ALWAYS double check your address.

It is your responsibility to provide your correct shipping address. If a package is lost, or has been sent back to us because the wrong address was provided, bleuslimes is not responsible for the loss.

We will not issue a refund.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY*

I recommend tracking your order with other websites besides shopify. Sometimes Shopify will not update the correct info.

Make sure you or someone else is at place of delivery. Packages have been sent back due to "attempted delivery but failed. Most package couriers make more than one attempt to deliver your package. If they find that they can't successfully deliver your package, it will be sent back to us. At this point we will not be responsible for the loss. Packages can not be intervened. Contact your courier ASAP, we cannot contact them for you!!!

If you use another shipping company to ship directly to you, it is not bleuslimes responsibility if your package goes missing.

We have had individuals ship their packages to companies in charge of shipping internationally... they're packages have been missing/stolen. We will not issue a refund.

 We are not responsible for custom fees.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

Your slimes were damaged during shipment. Please email a photo of the damage. We will do our best to quickly assist you.

FILING A CLAIM
IF YOU FILE A CLAIM THROUGH UPS OR USPS, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR CLAIM NUMBER AND TRACKING NUMBER. SOMETIMES THEY MAIL US THE SETTLEMENT CHECK INSTEAD OF THE BUYER. PLEASE! THIS WAY WE CAN SEND YOU THE REFUND RIGHT AWAY.  

 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME! UPDATED 10/24

Currently, we ship every Friday/Saturday. If I can get your package to the post office before said date, I will. 

My processing time has changed, I no longer offer same day shipping. With increase in demand, please understand it is nearly impossible for us to ship out immediately. We are a team of two. If you email us asking when we will ship out the order, before our processing time, the email will go unanswered.

Please be patient with me. Thank you!

Our processing time is 1-6days (NOT INCLUDING SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR HOLIDAYS)

*TRACKING UPDATE: ALLOW A FEW HOURS FOR YOUR TRACKING TO UPDATE! IT CAN POSSIBLE TAKE OVER 24 OURS TO UPDATE. FOR GROUND ADVANTAGE IT MAY TAKE SEVERAL DAYS TO UPDATE OR UNTIL IT MAKES IT TO YOUR CITY. WE CANNOT CONTROL TRACKING UPDATES.

We occasionally offer discount codes, so make sure to apply at checkout!

Do not email me asking to place the discount for you. We offer the discounts ahead of time. :)

 

I PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS

If you placed multiple orders and want them combined, message me right away.

If the orders have shipped we will not offer a refund.
