No exchanges or refunds are available; every purchase comes with a bag of borax alongside a slime care card for any melted slimes. The slime may need to be activated by playing with it, but all slimes will eventually deteriorate with inadequate care. To prevent contamination and maintain the quality of the product, be sure to thoroughly wash your hands before engaging with the slime. All of our slimes come in 6OZ containers and should not be ingested; small pieces may be present.
